Search Team's Meeting Minutes

Welcome to the Search Team’s Meeting Minutes. We are currently meeting on a biweekly cadence. Since we were organizing and getting the website page up and running we gave a little summary of August but from here on we will be updating this page biweekly. The purpose of this is to give everyone some insight into what the team is doing.

We paved the path for what the transition and steps involved will look like. We also started the necessary documentation that we will need for the process of looking and eventually hiring a new pastor. 

We prepared Pastor Steve and Dave for their trip to the LCMC gathering to talk to potential candidates. Continued with reviewing and refactoring documentation (interview questions, job description, etc.).   

Pastor Steve and Dave returned from the LCMC gathering and discussed their insights, including potential interest in the position. They are prepared for next week’s meeting with the LCMC resource that will assist us with the call process.
