The Capital Campaign, Building, Prayer and Finance Teams are working hard preparing 
for the next phase of ministry at FaithPoint.
Building Team
- Met with representatives from ISG, the architectural firm used by Greystone Construction to discuss all county restrictions and requirements
- Also discussed the probable need to build the new facility in “phases” based on financial parameters given by the Finance Team and depending on how much money is raised
Finance Team
- Worked with Building Team to determine cost estimates for: site preparation, construction (per square foot), and furnishings
- Discussed loan options/terms along with what is realistic for monthly payments and the percentage of funds that will need to be in hand before building can begin
- Estimated what could be saved with volunteer labor
- Discussed ongoing use or sale of current building
Campaign Team
- Chose the campaign theme “Rely, Reach, Respond” and scripture verses for each word
- Identified a “needs” goal of $750,000 and an miracle goal of $1M
- Set date for all-congregation kick-off event and other special events (Events Team)
- Began creation of print materials and campaign video (Communications Team)
- Recruited writers for devotional booklet (Discipleship Team)
- Began planning special emphasis for worship during Inspiring Phase (Worship Team)
- Began planning all the Events of the Campaign (Events Team)
- Working to build the theme of the campaign
- Set campaign goals: Basic Goal: $750,000; Ideal Goal: $900,000; Miracle Goal: $1.2M
- Monies received will be combined with future loan for new building
