The Christmas holiday is over, and the New Year has arrived! Good-bye 2024, and Hello 2025. Here’s a new year thought: Be grateful that no matter how much you ate over the holiday season … your earrings still fit. 😊
New years are a time for new beginnings. Time to turn over a new leaf and begin again. The month of January is named after the Roman god Janus, who has two faces, one looking backward, and one forward. To really know where we’re going in our walk of faith, we have to understand where we’ve been. In that way, a new year is also a time to learn from the past and project into the future. Our theme for this first Sunday of the new year will be, “24 Things to Learn from 2024.” Join us in worship as we return to our normal schedule of two services (both with Sunday School) at 8:30 and 10:00 AM. Live Streaming is available at 10:00 AM.
Invite a friend to be your guest. They will be blessed.
