An old creaky ship was caught in a fierce storm. Waves battered the vessel, and the crew feared they might not survive. In the darkness, they struggled to find their way, but there was no sign of land or safety.
Suddenly, a bright beam of light cut through the storm—it was the lighthouse. Though the storm was still raging, the crew’s hope was renewed. The lighthouse didn’t stop the storm, but it showed them the way to safety, guiding them through the tempest. The light didn’t remove the danger, but it reminded them they weren’t alone and gave them the strength to press on.
When life is falling apart, we often wonder where God is.  We may cry out, expecting the storm to end. But God doesn’t always calm the storm immediately. Instead, He acts as our lighthouse, guiding us through the chaos. His presence is our constant, unwavering light, showing us the way even when the winds rage around us. God may not always remove our difficulties, but He promises to guide us through them, lighting the path forward in His strength.
Join us in worship this Sunday as we explore where God is even when we can’t see or feel him. Our Services times are 8:30 & 10am, with Live Streaming available at 10am. Invite a friend to be your guest. They will be blessed.
