Have you ever felt that the resources and gifts you have to offer are so meager and insignificant, that they will not make an impact in the Kingdom of God? If you can’t sing like an angel, preach so that people fall on their knees, pray that the earth would shake, have faith to move mountains or have an unspeakable love that knows no limits … then why bother serving at all?
This Sunday (9:30am) we launch a new series looking at the disciples of Jesus and we begin with Andrew. While Andrew never preached to the multitudes, never founded any churches or wrote any letters, his modest service shines behind the shadows. From Andrew’s story, we learn that there are no insignificant gifts and that simply bringing people to Jesus is powerful and effective.
