Following a busy December, some of us may be entering into the new year with the desire to select “refresh” somehow on our lives. Like a computer needing a restart, we may feel our faith journeys need renewal. Perhaps our prayer lives have been idle a bit too long. We long to connect with our heavenly Father in meaningful ways.
This week we are going to hear the stories from the Bible of some amazing people of prayer, Simeon and Anna. We will also hear about an exhausted prophet who prayed and was given the strength he needed to continue. Whether active in your prayer life or perhaps in need of a reboot, the message this weekend will provide some practical steps to be refreshed through prayer.
