This week we take a break from our series in the gospel of Mark to honor our graduating seniors at FaithPoint. We will honor the Seniors at the 10:00 AM service (followed by a breakfast), but we have a special video celebrating the occasion at both our 8:30 and 10:00 services. Alex will be sharing the word and bringing the message.
Two thoughts come to mind as I think about graduation. One is that we never graduate from learning. Ask any adult who wants to stay fresh. Good healthy leaders are lifelong learners. Second, don’t forget that we never graduate from the love of God. God’s love flows unceasingly to all, if we will only believe and receive it. As Jesus said, “If anyone is thirsty, let that one come to me.” For whoever believes the scriptures, out of him/her will flow streams of living water.
