Usually, when there is a fresh snowfall, I think of the line, “Snowflakes are fragile, but if enough of them stick together, they’ll stop traffic.” Here in Minnesota, we’ve all experienced the power of many snowflakes working together to stop us in our tracks. But snowflakes can also work together to do good, like make a cross-country ski trail or stick together to make a snowman.

Often when we think of Christian community, we imagine an ideal team of blue-chip people who are nearly sinless and there is little need of repentance and forgiveness. In real life, quite the opposite is true. We only need to look to the twelve disheveled disciples Jesus chose to see this important lesson.

Join us this Sunday in worship at FaithPoint (8:30 & 10:00) as we kick off this new series on community, “It’s Better Together”.  We’ll unpack the power and transformation of what people united under the purposes of God, can do.  It’s also a great opportunity to join a new community (6-week small group) to make friends and learn together. We are located at 1051 270th Street West, New Prague, MN. Live Streaming is available at 10:00 AM on our Facebook Page or, on our Live Stream page. Everyone is welcome!
